Online applications are invited from eligible and interested Male & Female Indian Citizens for filling up 1284 vacancies (1220 Vacancies for Male candidates and 64 vacancies for Female candidates) of following posts of Constable (Tradesman) in Border Security Force in the Pay Matrix Level-3, Pay scale Rs. 21,700-69,100/- and other allowances as admissible to Central Govt. employees from time to time. BSF Constable Tradesman Selection Process 2023
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Documentation, Trade Test and Medical Test as per recruitment notification.
Post wise and category wise final merit list will be drawn separately in respect of each State/UT on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the Written Examination.
BSF Constable Tradesman Syllabus 2023
The question paper will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks with the following composition:-

- All questions will be of objective multiple choice type. The standard of the question will commensurate with the knowledge expected from a class-10th pass candidate.
- OMR Answer Sheet should be filled up by candidates correctly with Blue or Black ball point Pen only as per instructions given in OMR Answer Sheet.
- Candidates reporting after 15 minutes of the commencement of examination will not be allowed.
Minimum Qualifying Marks For BSF Constable Tradesman Exam 2023
The Written Examination will be of 100 marks containing 100 questions (qualifying marks 35% for UR Category/EWS & ExServicemen and 33% for SC/ST/OBC) will consist of CBT (Computer Based Test) or OMR based objective type multiple choice questions to be answered using a Blue or Black ball point pen only.
Trade Test For BSF Constable Tradesman 2023
Candidate will be allowed to appear for one trade only as entered in the application form. The Trade Test will be qualifying in nature and it will not carry any marks.

BSF Constable Tradesman Salary & Pay Scale 2023
For the post of Constable (Tradesman) recruitment in Border Security Force in the pay Matrix Level-3, Pay scale Rs.21,700-69,100/- of 7th CPC (Revised Pay Structure) and other allowances as admissible to Central Govt. employees from time to time. In addition, Ration allowance, Medical Assistance, free accommodation, free leave pass, etc. are granted which are admissible to BSF employees.
BSF Constable Tradesman Admit Card 2023
All eligible candidates who apply in response to this advertisement before the closing date will be assigned Roll Numbers, if they fulfill the term and condition as given in this advertisement and found eligible for the post. Only such eligible candidates will be communicated through E-mail address/SMS for Call letters/ Admit Cards through online mode for appearing in the various selection process i.e Written Examination, Documentation, PST/PET, Practical/Trade Test and Medical Examination. The admit cards related information for all the phases of examination will be made/uploaded on the website only.
How To Apply Online For BSF Constable Tradesman 2023
The application by the candidates must be submitted through ONLINE mode. No other mode for submission of application will be accepted. The facility for submission of online application will be opened on BSF website https://rectt.bsf.gov.in. w.e.f. 26/02/2023 at 00:01 AM and will be closed on 27/03/2023 at 11:59 PM.
